1.1 Cancellation by Customer:Customers may be eligible for a refund if they cancel a ride booking within the applicable cancellation window specified in the Cancellation Policy. The refund amount, if any, will be subject to deductions for any applicable fees or charges.

1.2 Service Failure: If a ride is not provided as expected due to a failure attributable to Sikkim App Cab (e.g., driver no-show, technical issues), customers may request a refund.

1.3 Overcharge or Incorrect Charges: If customers are charged incorrectly due to a technical error or discrepancy, they may request a refund for the excess amount charged.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Initiation: Customers must initiate a refund request by contacting Sikkim App Cab customer support through the App or via the contact details provided.

2.2 Verification Refund requests may require verification of the transaction details and circumstances surrounding the request.

2.3 Approval Refunds are subject to approval by Sikkim App Cab after verification of the request.

2.4 Refund Timeframe Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. The actual credit to the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank processing times

3. Non-Refundable Cases

3.1 Non-Show: No refunds will be provided if the customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.

3.2 Customer Error Refunds will not be provided if the customer provides incorrect information leading to service failure or incorrect charges
